Fuel & Extra Costs
Fuel is not included in the listed price unless explicitly stated. Fuel costs are charged separately based on actual consumption and are payable on the day of the trip. Optional extras (water toys, upgrades, catering) are charged additionally.

Weather & Sea Conditions
Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. In case of unsafe conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons. If cancellation is required due to weather, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

Itinerary & Duration
Trip duration and routes are approximate and may vary depending on sea conditions, traffic, or guest preferences. The skipper has full authority to adjust the itinerary to ensure safety and comfort.

Skipper & Crew
All trips include a professional skipper. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times. The skipper reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip if safety rules are not respected.

Passenger Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for loss or damage of personal items during the trip. Guests must inform the crew of any medical conditions before departure.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Time	Policy
Up to 7 days before the scheduled service	Full refund of the deposit, or of the total amount if the booking has been paid in full.
6–2 days before the scheduled service	The deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 48 hours before the scheduled service	100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions	100% refund or the option to reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
